AROHA - this book by admirable Kiwi, Dr Hinemoa Elder is gorgeous, and on International Women's Day, there's a resonance with her words. Particularly her interpretation and discussion of this whakataukī - on page 159. She challenges us to think beyond gender and labels, and then the final paragraph lands impactfully and leaves us to wonder "What is your legacy"?
